Celera’s primary business is owning and managing medical office, life science and other health & wellness-related buildings which it owns in partnership with its investors. Our tenants are typically healthcare providers and innovative companies that lease space in our buildings. |
We invest in and manage complex real estate projects
We typically acquire properties with a business plan to significantly transform them. This could mean a major renovation of an existing building to enhance it or modify it for use by tenants with different needs. We also pursue ground-up development projects. We bring the expertise and the capital to make these projects a reality. Our efficient, thorough approach ensures projects are executed on-time and on-budget. |
We solve real estate problems in partnership with tenant-partners and other stakeholders
The challenges of a real estate project often start well-before anyone starts designing the building. What are the facilities needs going forward and how do we accommodate both growth and flexibility? Where should we locate a new facility? What are the options for financing the project and are there ways to participate in the upside? How do we get the project approved? These and many other questions are typical for growth companies, health systems, medical schools and others. We are happy to get involved as early as possible to contribute our expertise to the process. |

We invest significantly in the data, resources and relationships we need to stay on top of trends impacting our markets and investment theses. Celera has developed a proprietary algorithm called EDGE that can identify optimal location candidates for growing healthcare providers, as well as help assess the leasing prospects for various types of users at different locations. Additionally, we invest in business process automation to allow us to bring an institutional-caliber approach to acquisitions, asset management, project management and investor relations across a portfolio of regional assets. |
