Boston and North Carolina Life Science Portfolio
At a previous firm, Celera’s principals were key team members in a highly successful programmatic joint venture with an institutional investor which was focused on developing and redeveloping properties into lab space for various life science users. That venture ran from 2013 to 2020 and focused on the Greater Boston and North Carolina markets.
